Terms that govern access to and use of Axon

By accessing or using Axon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Axon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

Axon provides modular tools for scheduling, bookings, mapping, and workforce workflows.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, and product quality.

You may not use Axon to violate laws, interfere with service operations, circumvent security controls, or access tenant data without authorization.

You may not reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform, including excessive automated requests or attempts to disrupt availability.

Paid features are governed by the subscription plan selected by your organization. Billing is processed through Stripe or other designated payment providers.

Your organization is responsible for payment of applicable fees, taxes, and renewals unless canceled according to the plan terms.

You retain responsibility for the data submitted to Axon by your organization and users, including lawful collection and sharing of that data.

You are responsible for configuring permissions and access controls to protect your tenant data.

Axon and related software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. Except for limited rights to use the service, no rights are transferred to you.

You grant us limited rights to process your data solely to provide and support the service.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we work to maintain service reliability and security.

To the extent permitted by law, Axon and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the period required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, legal requirements, or non-payment.

You may stop using the service at any time; subscription obligations may continue until the end of the applicable billing period.

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
