Third-party subprocessors used by Axon

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes customer personal data on Axon's behalf in order to deliver the platform.

Google Firebase / Google Cloud: authentication, database, storage, and platform infrastructure support.

Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing.

Mailgun: transactional and notification email delivery where configured.

Subprocessors are used only for service-delivery purposes and are contractually required to protect data according to applicable legal standards.

We apply vendor due diligence and security/privacy controls before enabling new subprocessors.

This list may be updated as our service evolves. We update the effective date above when material changes are made.

Customer organizations with contractual notification requirements can request update workflows through legal/compliance contact.
